I had this ring made to slide over my upper wheel

The one sided lower anvil holder is so I can get parts closer to the wheel . I saw that Terry Segal had one, so I had to have one.[grin] [more in long description]

This top adjuster is my design it works great, but I'm not sure I like it better than a bottom adjuster time will tell.

I found the upper wheel was to heavy so I had it drilled and machined to make it lighter.The differance is unbelievable.

the first time I made a T. Lipton adjuster I I found it to be a pain in the a-- but the more I used it the more I liked it, now I wouldn't be without it. Thanks Tom For Great idea!

I used a piece of 3/16 thick rubber belting on the back side. and a piece of .060 stainless on the otherside.[see L/D]
