Flame Embossing another way (11)

Here's the male and female patterns and the piece to be embossed

I cut the pattern with the plasma cutter, moving as fast as I could and sort of following the lines I drew.

Place the female on the piece you want to emboss

Duct tape into place with half the width of the tape

Turn everything over and put the male side into position

Fold the other half of the tape to hold it in place

After making the pattern, all three of these were made in less than five minutes total.

If these were going on a real project I would have taken more time and gotten the patterns better with smoother edges and more flowing lines. But this was good for a demo.
