inexpensive way to make cornice molds. Since my brake didn't come with any. I sawed PVC pipe to fit on a table saw. and made a Z hold it in place

first bend your piece 90deg. at the root of your OGEE's

Then clamp in with the root sticking up

Pull the material over the mold by hand, working slowly from end to end.
